Missile Type Separators

   They are designed for the efficient separation of waste metals (iron, etc.) in free-flowing powder or granular materials in the vertical plane in pipe systems. These separators, which cover many industries such as flour and milling industry, dry food industry, chemical food production and plastic production, wood recovery, paper manufacturing, are designed to protect application equipment. Magnetic equipment made of magnets called core is placed inside the body. After core assembly, single pipe unit flow occurs.Missile magnets have a large bullet-shaped magnetic core in the center of the product stream. They filter medium to large ferrous contaminants from high-capacity coarse-bulk streams.The magnet shape ensures a good flow with high separation efficiency. During the stop, the cover is opened and the magnetic core is removed and cleaned manually.
