Natural magnetic Self Cleaning Overband Metal Separators are preferred in industrial and recycling applications where automatic cleaning of undesired metals in the conveyor belt is required. The separator provides cleaning of metal parts that are unwanted in the material flowing in the conveyor belt and that can damage the machines in production. Conveyor belt separators, which are positioned vertically or parallel to the same plane on the conveyor lines where there is continuous production, discharge the ferromagnetic metals held in the magnetic field created on the conveyor by the rotation of the continuous belt on the separator itself, to the desired part at the point where the magnetic field ends. Natural magnetic separators guarantee a magnetic field strength of 400 Gauss at 40 cm. It can be preferred in accordance with conveyor belt widths between 650mm-1400mm. It has an additional plate with a magnetic field strength of 1.400 Gauss on it for more effective discharge of metal materials.
