Electromagnetic Self Cleaning Overband Metal Separators

   Electromagnetic Self Cleaning Overband Metal Separators are preferred in industrial and recycling applications where automatic cleaning of undesired metals in the conveyor belt is required. The separator provides cleaning of metal parts that are unwanted in the material flowing in the conveyor belt and that can damage the machines in production. Conveyor belt separators, which are positioned vertically or parallel to the same plane on the conveyor lines where there is continuous production, discharge the ferromagnetic metals held in the magnetic field created on the conveyor by the rotation of the continuous belt on the separator itself, to the desired part at the point where the magnetic field ends.

   Electro magnetic type separators guarantee 850 Gauss at an average distance of 40 cm over the conveyor belt. 650mm-1400mm. Electromagnetic separators with natural cooling system maintain optimum working conditions under 24 hours/day working conditions. The Magnetic Separator has an additional plate with a magnetic field strength of 1,400 Gauss on it for more effective evacuation of metal materials. Separators allow in-field application with construction-top and hanger-type installation. It has Panel and Transformer as standard on it and allows integration with timer, signaling and automation.
