Suspended Magnetic Plates

Suspended magnetic plates are used to sift undesirable ferromagnetic metal materials in belt and conveyor lines where material flow is present. Magnetic plates are mounted from the optimum distance by hanging them on the relevant conveyor lines where metal is not desired. It is almost maintenance free, offers a long service life, is not affected by wet and humid conditions. It is strong and effective at attracting even the smallest particles of ferrous material. It is easy to install on existing machine or line.

They are made of Ceramic-Ferrite or Neodymium magnets. Max working temperature is 250°C.
